NEW DELHI Jan 8: The nine-judge larger bench, that will consider the review petitions regarding the entry of women to the Sabarimala temple, has been named. The larger bench does not consist of any members from the bench that delivered the controversial verdict in 2018.
New Delhi Jan 7: A nine-judge Constitution bench of Supreme Court will hear from January 13, the issue of allowing women and girls of all ages to enter Kerala’s Sabarimala temple along with other contentious issues of alleged discrimination against Muslim and Parsi women.
