MAIDSTONE (Kent) July 15: In a gesture of goodwill Miles Scott, the Chief executive of Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, wrote the below letter to Dishan Koothur and Davin Koothur who live in Royal Tunbridge Wells in Kent.

The letter was addressed to Dishan Koothur and Davin Koothur who go to St Gregory & St Augustine school Tunbridge Wells and son of Manoj Koothur and Linda Parambath, who is a biomedical scientist, working with the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust,  from Trissur, Kerala.
The letter addressed to the kids said: “I work with your mum and wanted to write to you to say how grateful we are for everything you are doing to help your mum go to work.
They might be a little more busy that usual at the moment – working more hours than they normally do, spending a bit more time on their computer, or staying away from home.
Your mum is doing a really important job by helping to look after patients at our hospitals and you are doing a very important job by helping with your support, encouragement and love. We are very proud of them and you should also be very proud of them too.
Everything that is happening right now is a big change for most of you. Some of you will still have to go to school when most of your friends aren’t going. Many of you will be getting lessons at homes and some of you will already be back at school and it is probably feeling very different.
It must be hard for you to be missing things that are important to you like birthdays, sports and hobbies, being able to play with your friends or seeing your families and relatives.
Things wont stay like this forever and we all working hard to make things normal again as soon as we can.
We want to say a big thank you for sharing your Mum with us and for everything you are doing to help them to keep working. You could let them know that what they are doing right now is really special.
From us, a massive thank you. We couldn’t do any of this without them – or without you.
Best wishes Miles Scott Chief Executive
