Keralite nurse from Thiruvananthapuram found dead at his residence in Coventry

COVENTRY Jan 20: A Keralite nurse, who arrived in the UK only a year-and-a-half ago, was found dead at his home in Wyken Croft in Coventry.

The deceased has been identified as Arun M S, aged 33, who works as a staff nurse at the ITU of Coventry NHS Hospital.

Report said that he was found dead in his house when the police opened the door yesterday (Thursday) afternoon.

He was supposed to come for the night shift on Wednesday night. When Arun did not come to work, his colleagues informed the police and the police broke open the door of his house in Wyken Croft, Coventry. The cause of death is believed to be a heart attack.

Arun came to Coventry one-and-a-half year ago and was recently trying to bring his wife Arya and 3-year-old child here. He is the son of Muraleedharan Nair and Kumari Shanti of Arunimayil in Udiyankulangara near Amaravilakku in Thiruvananthapuram. He has one sister.

Reports say that Arun’s body was found lying on the ground listening to music in his sleep. This conclusion is based on the discovery of a headphone in his ear. It is believed that the young nurse’s death may have been caused by a heart attack in her sleep. Arya got a job as a nurse at Coventry Hospital and was preparing to start her life with her husband.
