London Hindu Aikyavedi performs “Annadanam” by providing food to health care workers at St Helier Hospital

LONDON May 7: The London Hindu Aikyavedi performed “Annadanam”, the sacred tradition of offering food to health care workers atSt Helier Hospital.

 Annadanam, the sacred offering of food, was performed by the London Hindu Aikyavedi as part of its social initiatives to enhance human wellbeing. It is considered that through a simple act of donating Annadanam, one can touch another life and enrich your own.
London Hindu Aikyavedi offered food to the health care workers at the St Helier Hospital in the London Borough of Sutton on London on 6th May 2020.
St Helier Hospital thanked the London Hindu Aikyavedi in a message to the organisation. The message from Dr Jimmy from the hospital read: “Thank you so much for the food. Everyone is the hospital are grateful for the act of kindness. It means a lot.
London Hindu Aikyavedi volunteers are accessible for anyone who need help or are anxious about the current situation and feeling lonely.
Thekkummuri Haridas, chairperson of London Hindu Aikyavedi invite and welcome all, in the name of Sri Guruvayoorappan, to work towards the fulfilment of the mission of building a Sree Guruvayoorappan Temple in the United Kingdom.
