Air india doesn’t like to do businesses with UK indians.
Eg. Trv is rhe capital and they still choose to avoid trv. Previously transit from Mumbai touching trv and collect the passengers from trv to cochi. This way kerala customs get served fairly.
Moreover look the transit time in Delhi or Mumbai its Round 28 to 23 hrs. So we will have to use middle East flight when we are really try to keep our money to our motherland. We thought when tata took over this business they will serve us better . Even worse . Going to gujrath we were forced to use other flights due to the waiting time and expensive fairs.
Thanks

Many thanks
We all need to join together and submit memorandum to Adani
Those flight services are very helpful for emergency and can avoid long waiting
Yes
We have booked tickets from HEATHROW to COCHIN which was a direct flight and it’s automatically changed now as a connection. The direct flight now scheduled from GATWICK . There is no prior information to us, i just checked our flight status after seeing this news. Such shameful experience from Air India.
Why did you cancel the existing schedule from London Heathrow to Kochi.
Thanks
Air India had issues with Heathrow in regards to landing and operating agreement with Heathrow airport. This is what some agents sya. Not sure as Air INdia never came out publicly to say why
We need Mumbai Manchester Mumbai
Why on earth Gatwick. That’s really dumb. Gatwick is incredibly difficult to get to, and much further away from London. I do hope this is a temporary measure and they reinstate Heathrow ASAP.
Announcing new routes is the easy bit. Operating them and the rest of the airline efficiently is another
