Applications invited from Keralites Nurses for placement in Germany

Thiruvananthapuram Feb 20: NORKA Roots has invited applications from Keralite nurses for the Triple Win Programme to work in Germany, with interviews scheduled from 22nd to 29th April 2026 in Trivandrum and Kochi. The program offers 250 vacancies for BSc/GNM nurses with at least one year of experience, aged up to 36, featuring German language training and placement assistance.

Interviews will be held from 22nd  to 29th April  2026 at Trivandrum and Kochi.

Mandatory Requirements:

·BSc Nursing or General Nursing

·Candidates having BSc Nursing / Post Basic BSc Nursing qualification must have a minimum of one year of work experience,

·General Nursing candidates must have three years of work experience.

·Applicants should have clinical experience within the last one year, and the career gap at the time of application should not exceed one year.

·The upper age limit is 36 years as on 31 May 2026.

Candidates with work experience in Intensive Care Units (ICU), Intermediate Care Units (IMC), Geriatrics, Long-term Care, General Ward, Surgical and Medical Wards, Neurology, Oncology, Orthopaedics, will be considered.

Candidates interested in Elderly Care should have experience in Geriatrics, long-term care, Non-hospital-based nursing experience in elderly care(for example home care/nursing home, preferably as in-patient experience/work in shifts).

Candidates having experience only in the Emergency Department, NICU, Paediatrics, PICU, School Nursing, Vaccination Nursing, or Community Health will not be considered.

Preference will be given to candidates with clinical experience abroad and experience in hospitals with more than 200 beds.

German language proficiency is not required at the time of application. Candidates shortlisted at the preliminary interview stage must undergo German language training. Candidates are conditionally accepted into the program subject to securing 70% marks at A2 level within 6 months since start of the program. The candidates who are achieving this requisite will be thereafter formally inducted into the programme, meaning CV preparation for employer matching, placement interviews along with B1. At this point candidate is also eligible for partial refund/financing. Formally inducted candidates will have 4 chances for clearing the B1 examination. Upon successful completion of B1 level with 70% marks, the remaining reimbursement will also be processed.

Candidates who already possess B1 or B2 German language certification will be considered under a fast-track programme. All expenses, including airfare, will be borne by the programme. Only Keralites are eligible to apply for the Triple Win Kerala Programme.    APPLY NOW
