Ashok Kumar’s Marathon Charity Fundraising Evening Returns on Sunday, 25 Jan 2026

LONDON Dec 23: The annual Marathon Charity Fundraising Evening will take place on Sunday, 25 January 2026, bringing together the community for an inspiring night of dinner and entertainment in support of meaningful charitable causes.

This year’s fundraising effort by Croydon based Ashok Kumar is dedicated to our native Kerala, with a special focus on supporting the creation of the International Institute for People with Disabilities (IIPD) in Kasaragod. This ambitious and compassionate project has been initiated by the renowned magician and philanthropist Gopinath Muthukad, whose work has transformed the lives of thousands of children and young people with disabilities.

The proposed institute aims to provide care, education, skill development, and dignity to individuals with disabilities, offering them opportunities to lead more independent and fulfilling lives. By supporting this project, we are contributing directly to a long-term vision of inclusion, empowerment, and social responsibility.

The evening promises not only a chance to contribute to a vital cause, but also an opportunity to come together as a community—sharing food, entertainment, and the collective joy of giving back.

The charges are £25 per person, £90 for a family, and £200 for a team of ten people. Payments can be made using the bank account details provided on the poster or call Ashok Kumar on 07974349318 or email akp275@msn.com
