Rishi Sunak launches bid to be prime minister after peace talks with Boris Johnson end ‘with NO deal’

LONDON Oct 23: Former Finance Minister Rishi Sunak today officially launched his campaign to replace Liz Truss as Prime Minister after his late-night talks with rival Boris Johnson were claimed to have ended without a power-sharing pact being struck.
