Kshatriya Kshema Sabha to thank Modi with ‘prasadam’ for decision on 10 pc quota

KOCHI Jan 9: Kshatriya Kshema Sabha, an outfit of erstwhile royal families in Kerala, said the Centre’s decision has given a fresh lease of life for Brahmins and Kshatriyas.

‘Neyyabhishekam’ ritual will be conducted at the Ayyappa Temple in Sabarimala for Prime Minister Narendra Modi to thank him for the decision.
The ‘prasadam’ of the ritual would be presented to the Prime Minister during his upcoming visit to Kerala.
The Lok Sabha on Tuesday passed the Reservation Bill to provide a 10 per cent quota to the economically weaker sections, irrespective of their religion or caste, thus including the upper castes as well.
A petition urging the Central Government to promulgate an ordinance to overcome the Supreme Court judgment allowing women of all ages to enter the Sabarimala temple would also be submitted to the PM.
