OICC UK T Haridas Memorial Award night to be held on May 27

LONDON May 17: OICC UK will host the second T Haridas Memorial Award night on Saturday May 27 at St Aidan Church Thornton Heath CR7 6BA.

Programmes will include Live music by Karmic Version. Entry is free and programmes will start at 5.30pm and ends at 9.15pm. There will be free entry and food counter.

About T Haridas

T. Haridas was a prominent businessman and philanthropist from Kerala, India. He was born in Guruvayoor in 1951 and studied at the University of Kerala. After graduating, he moved to London to pursue a career in business. He founded several successful businesses, including a restaurant chain and a travel agency. He was also a prominent figure in the Indian community in London, and served as a member of the Loka Kerala Sabha. Haridas was a passionate advocate for Kerala and its culture. He was instrumental in organizing the participation of Kerala at the City of London’s Lord Mayor Show for several years. He also founded the Global Kerala Foundation, which promotes Kerala culture and tourism around the world. Haridas was a tireless worker and a dedicated community leader. He was a true friend and mentor to many, and his passing is a great loss to the Kerala community.
