About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and resourceful individual to fill the role of Caretaker/Handyman for our properties. This role is responsible for maintaining the overall condition of our buildings by performing both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify potential problems with plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry and general wear and tear.
Perform basic repairs like leaky faucets, lightbulb replacements, and minor carpentry tasks.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of common areas, including trash removal etc.
Respond promptly to Official requests for maintenance issues.
Report any repairs or issues beyond your expertise to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain accurate records of completed work and used materials.

Qualifications:
Secondary school or equivalent.
Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems is preferrable.
Basic knowledge of computers (viz sending reply to emails, working on Google sheets, working on MS Office etc)
Resolve minor repair &maintenance issues.
Ability to use various tools and equipment safely.
Maintaining a high standard of work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
