India’s first-ever AI Art Digital Show to be held in Kozhikode on September 5

KOZHIKODE September 2: A workshop is being organized to spread the knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to the general public, students and teachers. This is the first such initiative in the country.

Calicut University Multimedia Research Centre Director Damodar Prasad will inaugurate the ‘AIWA Art of AI’ Digital Show to be held at Kozhikode Town Hall on September 5.

The workshop will be held from 10 am to 8 pm. Master trainers in the AI sector will take classes.

The ‘AIWA Art of AI’ show will feature a digital art exhibition, seminars, discussions, live demo classes, open forum and panel discussions featuring over 1,000 creative artworks, including videos and photos made by artists using AI technology.

Art of AI founder Shiju Sadan said the show will showcase the immense potential of AI in digital creations and introduce new tools designed for great artwork.

There will also be special seminars for students, teachers, industrialists and artists as part of the show. 15 LED screens will be installed for this purpose. There will also be a special presentation on the theme ‘AI’s potential and emerging employment opportunities’.

The Art of AI is launching a step towards taking AI literacy to the people in Kozhikode. Further workshops will be organized across the country.

AIWA’s primary goal is to inform people about AI. The Art of AI initiative aims to correct the misconception in the public about AI and inculcate an AI culture in a way that helps everyone in their respective areas of work.
