Walk in Session with No Appointment on Wed Dec 31 at India High Commission London

LONDON Dec 8: The next walk in “OPEN HOUSE” session for Indian citizens and Indian-origin UK nationals will be held on Wednesday, 31st December, 2025 between 11:00 to 12:30 hours at the High Commission of India, India House, London WC2B 4NA. No prior appointment is required to attend the session. Please note that only guidance will be provided and no application for any service will be accepted during the session, said a press note.

“The High Commission of India in London is holding “Open House” sessions on the last Wednesday of every month from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at India House, London. These sessions are for Indian citizens and Indian-origin UK nationals to address issues related to visas, passports, OCI, and other consular services, with no appointment required.

“These Open House sessions are to address issues related to visas, Indian Passports, OCI, Miscellaneous Consular Services, Students with concerns relating to Government of India services, or Indian women (citizens) in distress. If these Open House days happen to fall on a holiday, the Open House sessions will be held on the next working day thereafter.

No prior appointment is required.

Members of the Indian community residing in the consular jurisdiction of the High Commission of India, London (see locations covered here) are welcome to attend these meetings. In addition, Indian citizens in Gibraltar, the Bailiwick of Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Wight can send messages to the High Commission of India, London at inf.london@mea.gov.in, in case of difficulties in obtaining the above services, and if they require consular help.

All e-visa applications are processed and approved directly by a central authority in India and HCI London cannot provide any update on e-Visa.
