Senior Malayalee Nurses in UK to hold annual meet on Oct 11 in London

LONDON Aug 22: The annual conference of the Alliance of Senior Kerala Nurses (ASKeN) — formed for senior Malayalee nurses across the UK — will be held on October 11 at the Fetal Medicine Auditorium, King’s College Hospital, London.

This year’s conference will focus on the theme “Educate, Empower, Elevate.”

Registration for the program has already started. Meanwhile, the keynote speakers include Paul Rees MBE, Chief Executive and Registrar of the UK’s Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), and Deborah Sturdy CBE, Chief Nurse for Adult Social Care, DHSC.

In addition, the following leaders will also participate:
