Nursing Ausbildung in Germany with Stipend – Start Career after Plus Two with NORKA

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM Feb 20: NORKA Roots invites applications for the 3rd Batch of the Triple Win Trainee Programme (Ausbildung), enabling Plus Two qualified students to pursue nursing studies in Germany with a monthly stipend and secure employment after completion.

Currently, 20 vacancies are available in care homes and hospitals in Germany. The programme provides vocational nursing training that enables candidates to practice as Registered Nurses in Germany. Applicants must have completed Plus Two in the Science stream with Biology, securing a minimum of 60% marks. In addition, candidates must have passed German language proficiency at B1 or B2 level from recognized institutions such as the Goethe-Institut, telc, ÖSD, or TestDaF.

Interested candidates may apply on or before 7 March 2026 by visiting www.norkaroots.kerala.gov.in or www.nifl.norkaroots.org. Interviews will be conducted in the last week of March 2026. The programme offers German language training up to B2 level, end-to-end support throughout the recruitment process, employment opportunities in Germany’s healthcare sector, and a monthly stipend during the training period after arrival in Germany.

Previous experience in the healthcare sector (for example, Junior Red Cross membership) will be considered an added qualification. Applicants must be Keralite students aged between 18 and 27 years as on 1 March 2026.
