KOCHI July 12: Ernakulam Principal Sessions court has sent a notice to the government over the demand of the actress in the actress attack case to appoint a woman judge for conducting her trial.  The court then asked the government to submit an affidavit, clarifying its stand on this.

Meanwhile, the court has asked eighth accused Dileep to submit a list of documents he needed, when he asked for more evidence in the case.

The actor’s counsel told the court that some of the documents handed over to him were incomplete. But the prosecution said some of the documents could not be given. To this, the court asked the both counsels to arrive at a consensus and give it the list of documents that could be handed over to the actor.

In between this, main accused Pulsar Suni made a plea not to consider the statements given by him to the investigation team. The court also sought the Prosecution’s stand in this.
