CHANGANASSERY June 30: The NSS on Saturday criticized the state government alleging that the benefits of Kerala State Welfare Corporation for Forward Communities was not reaching the eligible.
The govt has neither appointed a new commission nor took steps to continue with the old one. The corporation had not taken steps to ensure 10 per cent reservation.
There are no reports submitted on this. The people are within the rights to know about the recommendations made by the former commission in their report, NSS states.
NSS also alleged that there is negligence in allocating funds for the functioning of the corporation.
