THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Devaswom ministers from neighbouring states, who had been invited to attend a Sabarimala review meeting convened by Chief Minister in the wake of Mandala puja, conveniently skipped the meeting being held on Wednesday.

Devaswom Ministers from South Indian states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Puducherry had been invited to the meeting.

But the chief ministers of the corresponding states sent only bureaucrats to the meeting.

Meanwhile, it is reported that the main topic of discussion in the meeting is not women’s entry in Sabarimala but matters that will be of concern to other states in the wake of Mandalam season.
