UK Malayalees all geared to celebrate Vishu this weekend: Roundup of Events from all over UK

LONDON April 11: UK Malayalees are all geared up to celebrate Vishu all over the UK. Vishu is celebrated all over the world on on April 15, 2019.

The annual Vishu festival held at the Lord Ayyappa temple at Sabarimala will begin today (April 11). On April 15 the Vishukkani darshan at the temple will be held from 4 am to 7am. The temple will be closed after Athazhapuja on April 19, marking the culmination of the Vishu festival followed by the five-day monthly rituals for the Malayalam month of Medom.

Coventry Hindu Samajam Vishu celebrations on April 14 at the Risen Christ Church Hall, Wyken Croft, Coventry CV2 3AE. Food will be cooked from home by families those who are participating. This is also the Fourth anniversary of the organisation. The organisers are K Dinesh, Mahesh Krishnan, Subhash Nair, Anil PIllai, Sujith, Rajeev, Sajith.

Cambourne Indian Club Vishu Easter Celebration on April 13. Cambourne Indian Club will celebrate Vishu Easter Celebration on April 13, 2019, Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 5:30 PM – 10 PM.
