Study on impact of Covid on career development of Indian nurses in UK: Complete survey to receive £15 Amazon voucher

LONDON Feb 9: A study is being conducted with the purpose of investigating career development of Indian nurses in the UK. Members of the nursing community in the UK are invited to participate in this reasearch study which is being conducted by the Institute of Developing Economies (IDE-JETRO), Japan and International Institute of Migration and Development (IIMAD) Thiruvananthapuram.

The knowledge obtained from this study will help guide professionals and policy makers to be more effective in improving nurse education, and working conditions of nurses and care workers in India, UK and other countries. The information gathered during this study will remain confidential in secure premises during this study.

The criteria

You should have completed your nursing
worked for a period of at least 6 months in India
Currently working as a nurse in the UK

Participants those who have completed the survey in full will receive an Amazon voucher worth £15.

The project members are Yuko Tsujita, Hisaya Oda, Irudaya Rajan and Rohit Irudayarajan. This study is conducted with the purpose of investigating career development of Indian nurses in UK.

The personal information will be saved in a portable hard disk with passwords and kept locked away. Only the researchers in this project will have access to the study data and information. Your name and any other identifying details will never be revealed in your past/current employers and any publication of the results of this study.

The questionnaires in electronic medium or printed paper version will be destroyed after the specified period of the completion of the study.

The results of the study will be published in the form of research papers and may be published in international journal or presented at professional meetings.
