Yoga therapy session and workshop on March 1 in Croydon: Register Now

CROYDON Feb 26: Sree Narayana Guru Mission of the UK’s Croydon centre will hold a Yoga therapy session and workshop on traditional yogic breathing technique by Master Shiva.

The session will also introduce attendees to the Hatha Yoga.

Master Shiva is an international intructor and examiner in Hatha Yoga and Taekwondo.

The workshop will be held on Thursday March 1, 2018 from 7pm to 9.30pm at the West Croydon Methodist Church, 93 London Road, West Croydon, CR0 2RF.

Places are limited and registration is on a first come first served basis and entry is £5 per person.

This workshop is suitable for practitioner of all levels.
