Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 4: Dilsha Prasannan is the winner, Blesslee is first runner-up

MUMBAI July 4: Dilsha Prasannan won the season’s title at the show’s grand finale on 3 July 2022, with Blesslee finishing as the runner-up. Dilsha is the first female Bigg Boss Malayalam winner.

The Mohanlal-hosted show had six finalists– Riyas Salim, Blesslee, Lakshmi Priya, Sooraj Thelakkad, Dilsha Prasannan and Dhanya Mary Varghese.

Dilsha Prasannan won the winner’s title, and Blesslee became the first runner-up.

This is the first season in two years to reach its natural conclusion.

The winner of the season was picked among the six finalists: Riyas Salim, Blesslee, Lakshmi Priya, Sooraj Thelakkad, Dilsha Prasannan and Dhanya Mary Varghese.
