BBC Masterchef contestant returns to take top position at Raviz in Kerala

KOLLAM April 17: BBC Masterchef contestant and a UK Malayalee has joined as Corporate Head Speciality Cuisine - The Raviz Hotels and Resorts and Executive Chef  - The Raviz Ashtamudi in the presence of Raviz Chairman Padmashree Dr B Ravi Pillai, Kollam MP Sri NK Premachandran and Kollam MLA Sri Mukesh.
Suresh Pillai continued to hog the limelight among the major chef's in London while working for such big names in London. However, the biggest moment came to him when he was selected from around 65 chefs from around the country to be a contestant in the internationally acclaimed MasterChef the Professionals competition on British television. 
BBC Masterchef television programme has millions of viewers in the UK and around the globe and it can be classed as the final word in the food industry with the judges being internationally acclaimed chefs. 
It was the peak of his life when he got the call from BBC to be a contestant. Suresh's culinary skills caught the attention of thousands who took onto Twitter and other social media to affirm their love and affection towards him. His followers who have tasted him cooking skills too affirmed to follow Suresh wherever he went. Big names in the food industry kept out a look for where Suresh is leading to. Soon came the calling from across the globe including from India.
After all the offers which came around the globe and taking into consideration all what he got offered Suresh sat down to make the biggest choices in life. Finally he realised it was homecoming time. He has achieved all what he wanted, he was able to get a good schooling for his children, did all for his parents who are today proud of their dear child who went on to become a success in life.  Finally he decided. I am returning home to where my grassroots are where I will be able to be close to my ageing parents.
Suresh has been head hunted by the noted Raviz Group of Hotels in India and he has now joined them as their Executive chef.
