Thriuvananthapuram to get free wifi: Inauguration today

Thriuvananthapuram Jan 12: The state capital will today get free wi-fi connectivity in public places. 
 
At a cost of Rs 21 lakh out of the MP funds allocated by Shashi Tharoor  MP, three prominent tourist centres will get connected. 
 
As the first phase of the project,  wifi connection in the Museum area  will be inagurated by the Member of Parliament,  Shashi Tharoor. 
 
Tharoor is the first member of Lok Sabha to introduce wifi using the asset development fund of members of parliament.
 
In addition to the Museum,  the other localities where wifi will be installed are Shankhumukham and Kovalam Beach.
