Malayalee Badminton Club from Croydon achieves rare feat: Gets promoted to Division 2 of Surrey League

CROYDON May 9: Badminton Croydon Club has achieved a rare feat by getting promoted to Division 2 of Surrey County Badminton League, which is one of the strongest leagues all over the UK.

It is for the first time ever a Malayalee badminton club has reached such great heights and that too in one of the strongest leagues with high standard of contenders.
Badmintom Croydon Club, which uses Thomas More Catholic School in Purley in Croydon as their home turf to practice has been constantly fighting for this spot for several years.
