By A Staff Reporter
LONDON Oct 8: Romanticizing the past (real or imaginary) is not unusual with human beings. It could be based on your relationships, beliefs and culture. NRIs in particular feel nostalgic about their past.

Do you feel nostalgic about your past and often romanticize it? Why does the human brain get addicted to this? Nostalgia is often a welcome and comfortable feeling and is considered to play a role in our mental well being.

But is it just that and is it really as innocent as we think it is? We often romanticize nostalgia and its effects on social and political scene largely goes unnoticed.

Dr C Vishwanathan, a noted free thinker from India, will be doing  a rational analysis on Nostalgia and will be sharing his thoughts about the changes to the notion of Nostalgia over the course of the past 200 years and how it invisibly shapes our life.
